New Product Alert: Sephora Collection Face Masks

I love facemasks. They help my skin feel hydrated, refreshed and radiant.

While I would love to be able to get regular facials, that isn’t possible at the moment so I turn to the at-home kind.

There are many different types depending on your skin type, etc., but the cloth ones I find are very easy to use and effective.

One brand I love is the Sephora Collection that comes in a variety for whatever problem you’re looking for.

Simply wash your face, use a bit of toner to then apply the mask and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Once you take it off, massage the excess serum into your skin. You can reuse the mask once more by keeping it the pouch it comes in (as long as it’s clean). I also use a bit of my regular face oil after as normal.

Easy and your skin will thank you!

Oversized Coats

One new trend I love this season is oversized coats. They’re an easy piece to wear that are very chic and can be paired with anything.

They come in various styles; colours and even patterns, but here are a few ones that I love…

IRO Ayline Felt Funnel-Neck Coat

Saint Laurent Melton Double-Breasted Military Coat

The Row Fessing Cotton and Wool Coat

Wrap yourself up in one of these to be warm and stylish!

New Blog Post: Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer

When it comes to lips, my theory is you can never have enough products. Whether it’s lip-gloss, stick or balm; putting a pretty and moisturizing colour on is always a good idea.

My best friend told me about Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer, and I’m so glad she did! This all-natural lip balm moisturizes your lips with a hint of colour. It comes in so many different shades and is very affordable!

Lancome Tonique Douceur

Toner for skin is very important. It helps balance the pH of your skin, removes any excess makeup and preps it for morning and night products. There are many different type of for skin depending on your level (normal, combination, oily and in-between) so choosing the right one is key.

While there are many different brands out there, both inexpensive and expensive, I recently bought Lancome’s Tonique Douceur and the results are amazing.

It’s refreshing, alcohol free, smells wonderful and makes my skin feel clean and soft. While it is on the pricey side, a little bit goes a long way.

Winter Hair Care

Winter hair care. Not many people think their hair suffers during the winter, but the truth is…it does. With harsh winds and low temperatures, frizz and dryness is a big problem.

But there is a solution, treat your hair with a nourishing mask once a week. Leave in for 5 minutes to 15 minutes.

Re-Nutrition Deep Moisture Mask

A wash-out treatment should be used in the shower after conditioner.
Intense Repair Daily Super Conditioner

And a de-frizzer serum will help with flyaway. Use 2-3 drops before blowdrying and after to tame.

Josie Maran Argan Oil Hair Serum

Always be sure to wash out a mask very well. Hope your hair stays healthy this winter!
